Olá, baixei o aplicativo mas não consigo ver os arquivos nem as pastas do Blomp no computador.

It seems like you're referring to our Blomp Go / Z Drive app. To help you out, we’ve prepared a guide that you can follow: https://forum.blomp.com/viewtopic.php?t ... ed81919cff
Please note, the app is currently not compatible with Windows 11.
If you're still experiencing issues, we'd love to help further. Please let us know what you're seeing, and feel free to share a screenshot or recording so we can better understand the issue.
If you're referring to the Blomp Live app, please be aware that it is currently under maintenance.

We're happy to let you know that BlompGo is now working on Windows 11. We've thoroughly tested it and confirmed everything is functioning as expected, including syncing files both ways between the app and the web.
