Unable to download files

Post by gunigee » Thu May 14, 2026 8:03 am

I am unable to download any on the files I have uploaded to Blomp. It will appear in the Windows DL window but, nothing actually downloads. I am left with just the 'Resume' button. Pressing this doesn't do anything apart from repeat the process.

Help.

Hi,

Thank you for reporting this. We’re sorry for the inconvenience you’re facing with the downloads getting stuck on “Resume.”

We’ve noted the issue and forwarded it to our technical team for checking. We’ll update you as soon as we have any progress.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi,

We tested downloading files from your account on our end and the downloads completed successfully without any issues, which suggests this may be specific to your device, browser, or network connection rather than a platform-wide problem. Nevertheless, we want to get to the bottom of this and make sure it's resolved for you.

Can you please share:
A short screen recording or screenshots showing where the download gets stuck on “Resume”

Which file(s) you are testing

Which browser and operating system you are using

Whether this happens with all files or only certain ones

Whether you have tried a different browser or network connection

Regarding your previously reported concern about missing files, that investigation remains active with our technical team and we are continuing to work on it.

Thank you for your patience.
