Hello, I uploaded several files onto Blomp. Then they all dissapeared, even though the dashboard tab shows they are present (counting by space occupied).
Only one file is accessible. I uploaded it into my directory (24 10) and it saved correctly.
How do I gain access to them?

Could you please confirm whether there are any additional files missing from these folders? If so, kindly share the approximate file names or numbers that are missing (if you remember) so we can investigate and help restore access as quickly as possible.
