Unable to access files neither with BlompGO no directly via blomp.com/dashboards

Post by andrey_k » Thu Oct 30, 2025 11:04 am

Hi team

I'm unable to access my files neither via Blomp GO nor via blomp.com/dashboard.
When trying to open dashboard, system replies: "Error 503. The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems.

Thank you & best regards,

Andrey

UPDATE: Access to files via dashboard is available now; Blomp Go is still not working well (Service is running but no Z drive is mounted).

Hello Andrey,

Thank you for the update and for letting us know the details. Both the Blomp web dashboard and BlompGo should normally work fine now. Please try logging out of both the website and the BlompGo app, then log back in again to refresh your session.

If the issue with the Z drive persists after that, please let us know right away so we can run a deeper check on your account.
We appreciate your patience while everything stabilizes, and we’re here to help until your access is fully restored.

Warm regards,
Blomp Support Team
