Hello Blomp Support Team,
I'm experiencing two issues that I hope you can assist with:
Large File Upload Problem While using the Windows Blomp application, I attempted to upload a 62GB file. The upload process completes in about an hour, but the file does not appear under "My Files" in the storage dashboard. I also tried uploading the same file via the browser interface, but the upload failed after reaching approximately 30GB.
Could you please guide me on the correct method to upload large files successfully? Are there any size limits or recommended practices I should follow?
Password Recovery Issue I attempted to use the "Forgot Password" feature, but it does not seem to work properly. Although I am a registered user, the system reports that I am not registered and does not send a password recovery email.
Please advise on how I can reset my password and regain access to my account.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
DoomsDay Team

Re: Issues Uploading Large File & Password Recovery Not Working
Hi DoomsDay Team,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of your experience.
To help us investigate the upload issue further, could you please confirm which version of the Blomp Windows app you used when the problem occurred?
Regarding the password recovery issue, one of our team members will reach out to you directly to confirm whether the email you’re using is the same one associated with your Blomp account.
We also wanted to let you know that our team of expert developers is currently working on improving all our apps, with new versions scheduled for release soon. If you’d like, we can notify you once the update becomes available so you can be one of the first to try it out.
We truly appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue to make Blomp better for everyone.
Warm regards,

Re: Issues Uploading Large File & Password Recovery Not Working
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your prompt response. We have used the following Windows desktop Blomp apps:
1) 4f642882-BlompInstall-0-9-13.exe
2) blompgo_2.5.2_win10_x64.exe
The issue we are experiencing is quite strange. Although the file appears to upload successfully, it is not actually being uploaded to the cloud. When checking the online dashboard, the file does not show up.
We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.
Regards,
DoomsDay Team

Re: Issues Uploading Large File & Password Recovery Not Working
Hi DoomsDay Team,
Thank you for sharing the additional details and confirming the app versions.
Regarding BlompGo, it should work fine on Windows 10. BlompGo automatically synchronizes files in the background, and the sync speed depends on your internet connection. Please make sure to refresh your Blomp Cloud online dashboard after adding files in BlompGo to view the updates. Likewise, if you add or rename folders directly on the online platform, kindly restart your BlompGo app to see the synced changes.
As for BlompLive, we’re currently working on an improved version to enhance stability and user experience. We’ll make sure to let you know once it’s available so you can be among the first to try it out.
Thank you again for your patience and for taking the time to report your experience, your feedback truly helps us make Blomp better for everyone!
