Uploading data error

Post by spygodd » Sun Jan 19, 2025 3:27 am

I am uploading my music collection in zip format, and small files of less then 1gb can be uploaded and they also show up on the cloud when you refresh, but when I upload a zip file larger then 1 GB it will upload it but it will be in bits and pieces it fails to merge and the when I am uploading files then after uploading three files successfully at 3mbps(very low already)the uploading process completely gets halted(speed is in 20kbps and low) and we will have to restart the whole process again.

Hello spygodd,

Thank you for reaching out and for choosing Blomp!

We’ll need a little time to investigate the issue on our end. However, please note that we don’t impose any speed limits. In the meantime, we recommend checking your internet connection to ensure it's stable before uploading your zipped MP3 files.

Best Regards,
- Blomp support

Hello spygodd,

Thank you for your patience.

We’ve tested uploading and downloading both zipped MP3 files over 1 GB and those under 1 GB on Windows and Mac, and we didn’t encounter any issues.

Could you please try uploading your MP3 files again and ensure you have enough available storage on your account? It seems like this might be an isolated issue. If the problem persists, please let us know your operating system and send us a screen recording or screenshots of the issue for further investigation.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,
- Blomp support
