Files & storage missing

Post by justin39 » Fri Aug 11, 2023 10:37 pm

I am on a 2 TB Plan.

All my files have disappeared.

Showing No Storage used.

No Storage available.

But it does shows 153 Files Shared.

Is this just a 10 minute glitch?

Hello,

The same thing happened to me too. All files are gone.

Hello, user selina!

Hope you're doing awesome!

We have checked your account and noticed that you have one folder there. 📂 Just a quick thing to double-check – is that folder hiding multiple files?

If it is, here's a nifty trick:

Step 1 - Select the file you want to share.
Step 2 –Right-click on the file of your choosing.
Step 3 – After you right-click, you will see the following:

YourFile – Click on share.
Step 5 – After you click share, you will see a box pop up.

Picture2.pngYou now have 2 options.
• Share with someone who uses Blomp
• Share with anyone on the internet

After you’ve made your choice, proceed to step 6.
Step 6 – Enter the email of the person you want to share your file within the box next to “Email”

But hey, if things are still feeling a bit mysterious or you've got more questions bouncing around, don't hesitate to reach out! We're all ears and more than happy to help. Shoot us a ticket or drop a message our way – we're here to turn those question marks into exclamation points!

Wishing you a wonderful day ahead and lots of sharing success. 🌟

Cheers,
