Cant log into BlompGo

I have previously used it and it worked just fine for months but now after I reset my pc when I try and log into the BlompGo app it tells me I put wrong credentials when I know its my info. I even logged into the website with the same stuff and it worked flawlessly. I also reset the password to see if for some reason that would fix it but nothing for hours now. And yes I've restarted my computer multiple times and reinstalled the program even the most recent winfsp.
