So what is the message that shows when you try to install it?
Do you have admin privileges on the machine?
Is it company owned or personal?
What windows version are you running? --> Winkey + R --> type in winver and hit enter.
Please explain the steps you take and what happens, without it we cannot provide support, simply stating something doesn't work without context is like buying ice cream for a week but not having a freezer.
hope you can provide some more details so either the community or blomp can help you figure out whats happening.

Thank you for your patience. We have successfully tested the installation of Blomp and were able to access the Z-Drive without any issues. Please try installing it again and let us know if it works for you.
