Blomp Go 2.5.2 error "Unable to connect"

bloBlomp Go 2.5.2 do not connect to the cloud, Open an error for "Unable to connect". I reinstall the app but still. Different accounts brings the same error. App was working laste week. Help!

The issue has now been resolved. We were performing a platform upgrade, which temporarily affected connectivity for some users.
