Upgrading the account

Hello,

I have setup an account 2TB, if I would like to extend it to 10TB, what should I do ?

it is requesting me to cancel the old plan to upgrade which if I do it all my files will be lost? Also, does it is pro-rated price? or it will be deduct the new amount and the old plan will be gone?

Hello,

You will not lose your files. You can simply cancel your current plan and then subscribe to the new 10TB plan.

When you cancel a plan, we ensure you have sufficient temporary time to make any necessary changes, so you can proceed with upgrading your account without any issues.

Since you will be switching to the new plan, the new plan amount will be charged and the previous plan will end.
