sharedby.blomp.com not working at all - Error 503

When trying to access a shared folder, I only get Error 503 from sharedby.blomp.com - what's wrong?

In the meantime, please double-check that the email address you entered for sharing is correct and that there are no spaces before or after the email address, as this can sometimes cause errors.

Our engineering team was working on improvements to the system earlier, which temporarily affected access to sharedby.blomp.com. The work has now been completed and the service should be operating normally again.
Please try accessing the shared link again. If the page was previously cached in your browser, a quick refresh or clearing the cache may also help.
