So, can I get my deleted files back?
Unfortunately, nope. Once deleted, files are permanently gone from our servers. We don’t keep backups of deleted files, so if you've hit the wrong button, we can't bring them back.
Why can’t I recover my deleted files?
It’s all about keeping your data secure and private! Once you delete something, it’s erased from our system completely.
What do I do if I’ve accidentally deleted something important?
We totally understand how frustrating this can be! Here are a few things you can try:
- Check your other backups: If you’ve synced your files elsewhere (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), give those a peek.
