I honestly don't know what happened a few months ago.....

A few months ago, your website was unreachable, the old forums were down, and because of that, you could not login to see any of your files. There was about a solid week when your entire site was just DOWN. Type in www.blomp.com in the address bar, and you would get an error or it would time out.. The following weeks, your site was down, then it would be up, but you could not access certain things. I honestly thought you guys had gone out of business because of how long you were down.
However, since that incident, your storage platform has been completely horrid. SLOW, SLOW, erros etc, completely different expereince before the outage.
I have no idea what you guys did, but I had a very large subscribtion ( 250TB ), and its really just not worth it now. I have 7gig symetertical fiber internet. It takes me over 1 hour to upload a 4gb file, its laughable. Your interface also use to allow for 4 files at once to upload, now it only allows 2 at a time, which suggests you guys know you have an issue.
But I am just putting this out there, that even at $1.00 per TB, you are not going to retain customers with this current setup. Your revenues will decline.
I was fine before the outage, I had rclone intergrated with my storage and could get about 2gbps upload. Now, I get 10mbps, LMAO.
I have always kept an eye out on blomp because the prices are good. But you say your apps do not support Windows 11? W11 has been out for 4 years! Windows 10 is not even supported by Microsoft anymore! LOL
I really don't know who is driving the ship in this company, but I just wanted to say thanks for the previous expereince before your site went down for weeks. Whatever setup you have now, is so slow, I would not recomened it to anyone. The speed is horrible, all of the old documents on how to intergrate rclone into blomp are incredibly hard to find, and it just doesnt make sense. I am moving onto a dedicated storage box with 120TB of storage that I got on special for $127/mo. That includes unlimited data to and from @ 10GBPS. And, I can upload at my full 7gbps fiber speed.
If you want more customers to comes to you. You need to fix your stuff.
