Problems with bulk downloading

Hi i want to download all the files in the my files section but im not getting an email or anything can you pleas help me

Thanks for reaching out! Could you please let us know how many files you’re trying to download and the estimated total file size?
The time it takes for the download link to arrive in your email depends on the total size of the files you’re downloading, as larger downloads may take longer to process. Once we have those details, we can check if everything is running as expected.

Hi
I couldnt give you a count of how many files or the size it dont say but i have a folder titled "iPhone 13" that i want to download all the folders and files from when i click bulk download i dont recieve anything

Hi i tried again and i get sent an email saying how the download cant be complete with a 401 error
