Good Evening Everyone,

I am new to Blomp and just purchased the 500gb Cloud space as I am a filmmaker and need the space for my completed works. Unfortunately the file I planned to upload is 277gb and when trying to upload the screen prompts me after being hovered over that the max file size is 100gb, give or take.

Is it possible to upload files with this large of a file size for one singular file on Blomp or will I have to see a refund so I can use my money on a service that can assist me in my endeavors?

Second, do you mind letting us know whether you are using the Website dashboard or the BlompLive app? You should not be having any issues, however, this could be an isolated occurrence.
