Uploaded 2TB of data to my 2 TB Subscription (via z drive / blomp go)

Computer (A) says files are there, blomp dashboard showed files growing and useage growing, however stops atr 365 gb)

computer (b) cannot see the same files as computer (a) but more than 365GB.

What's happened where are my files ?

I have tried to do this via PM

however you are only letting people post every 10 minutes.

I posted one screen shot. It's a real pain to wait 10 minutes to post another.

We do not have any time limitation for users to post. Any user can DM us at any time. We tested sending a message via DM and we could not find any issues.
