No storage, no files upload

Just signed up, but dashboard indicates zero storage capacity. Have tried to upload files directly into My Files using the green Upload Files button - they upload, I get a verification note that the upload is complete, but then they disappear.

Using Windows 8.1, up-to-date Firefox browser. Not using the Live or Go apps. Just want to upload a file.
Please advise.

THE FILES UPLOAD IN BLOMP Z DRIVE GENERATES ERROS ALL TIME WHEN I UPLOAD TO Z DRIVE. PLEASE VERIFY URGENT THANKS :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

These are almost certainly a buffering issue on the Windows side or a setting in RCLONE (which BlompGo is based around). Have you tried rebooting your system?

Hi, Team. having similar issue. Joined 7/30 and began to upload files. App indicated that the files had uploaded, while some hung. I had uploaded files last night. My computer went to sleep while uploading a very large file. This morning the icon on the file read error "0", which indicated server connectivity. I refreshed the screen, believing that it would restore connectivity but instead saw all my files disappear. App reads 0 storage 0 files. Tried a second time one file, which uploaded, but also disappeared upon refresh. It appears that I have connectivity with the app, but the files are not there. I see a message off to the left indicating that the app is uploading the long list of files that I'd uploaded yesterday, but those files are not viewable. I'm using Chrome on Windows 10

Its unclear whether you are using the BlompLive windowed package or the BlompGo package. Please let us know which you are having trouble with!
