We understand that Drive Z is not appearing even after installing BlompGo. To help us better investigate and resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

1. Completely uninstall BlompGo from your computer.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Record a full video showing the following:
-Reinstalling BlompGo.
-Logging in to BlompGo using the same credentials you use on the website https://www.blomp.com.
-What happens after installation, and confirm that Drive Z does not appear or that the program crashes.

This video will help us clearly understand where the issue is occurring on your side.

-Grave um vídeo completo mostrando os seguintes passos:
-A instalação do BlompGo novamente.
-O login no BlompGo usando as mesmas credenciais que você usa no site https://www.blomp.com
-Mostre que o Drive Z não aparece ou que o programa não funciona como esperado.
-Essa gravação nos ajudará muito a entender exatamente onde o processo está falhando.

Hey Zeca,

The Z drive, also known as BlompGo, is our Windows application. At the moment, it is supported on Windows 10.

You can download it from here:

Once downloaded, please install the application on your device. After installation, a small window will appear asking for your login credentials. Enter your Blomp email address and password.
Below the email and password fields, you will see a field called Location. Please remove any content from that box. You will then see another field where you can enter a drive letter. You may choose X, Y, Z, or any other available letter.

After that, go to My Computer. Along with your existing drives, you should now see a new drive with the letter you selected. Open it, and your files should appear there.
