Thank you for your follow-up. This is the message that appears when I attempt to login. My credentials are not being accepted by the app. I have already tried a password reset as well, and was still unable to log in to the app. The app says "Invalid credentials..." see attached screenshot.

In order to see the issue from your end we kindly ask you to send us a screen recording of your attempt to log in via DM.
