Refund 2TB subscription

Dear Blomp,

Today at 07.32 European time, I received a subscription bill, and it has already deducted my balance. However, I want to cancel my plan, and I have just cancelled it in the settings menu. I want to ask about the possibility of refunding my most recent payment and changing my account to a free user.
