How long does it take to get the download link?

I have created a download link for a 1.1 GB folder, and it takes about 30 mins until the email is sent to me.
2 days ago, I tried to bulk download about 100 GB folders, but I haven't received any download link until now. Should I keep waiting?

Thank you for reaching out! We’ve received your other message as well. The time it takes to receive your bulk download link depends on the total file size you’re trying to download. Larger downloads, such as 100 GB or more, may take significantly longer to process compared to smaller folders.

Since we rolled out multiple updates, one of the features we are currently working on is the bulk download. So, you'll be seeing a big improvement there soon.

We truly appreciate you bringing this up, and we’ll be looking into ways to improve the processing time so you can receive your download links faster for a smoother experience.
