Problem of moving a file to a new folder

Post by emma_tsui » Sat Feb 01, 2025 4:21 am

I did "cut" at a file and clicked "paste" at another folder after that. But the file didn't appear in the new place. The message that "Below progress has been finished. Please confirm. Cut..." kept being shown in the green box in the right top corner for a long time. It looked as if the file was lost. How can i do?

Hi emma_tsui,

Thank you for your patience.

We wanted to let you know that the cut and paste option is working well on our end. We have tested it on both Mac and Windows.

Please try moving your folder again to another folder and let us know if it works.

Best Regards,
- Blomp support
