Do you get your refund if you upgraded your storage plan?

Hey

January 5 is when I subscribed for 250GB plan and today (4 days later) I decided to upgrade to 2TB plan. Will I receive a refund for trying out the 250GB plan? I know it's small, however every penny counts nowadays.

Hey

I just learned this right now. Go to Amazon Pay and go to the transaction and request for Cancel, Refund & Return order for the 250GB plan.

Yes, you got it right! Once you cancel your subscription you can upgrade your account to the 2 TB storage plan and we will refund you for the 250 GB storage plan.

Please let us know when you cancel your subscription.
