Blomp App for Linux won't log in

Installed the Blomp app for linux today, every time I enter my creditentials I get "Login failed. Please try again." I know my credentials are correct (though considering I actually use a secure password and password manager, it would be nice to be able to cut and paste so the potential error of entering a random 15 character password would be negated). No other error messaged have been given. I believe I've opened the ports for Blomp on the firewall, not sure what else to do.
