paypal canceled, impossible to re-subscribe
Hello,
My paypal payment for the 10TB plan was not automatically renewed as planned and I switched to the free plan.
If I try to resubscribe paypal indicates an error (the system does not work).

Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the error message?
We'll investigate if there's a problem on our end. In the meantime, please ensure that there is no issue with your PayPal account as well as your card(expiration date, enough funds).

The automatic payment is activated in paypal, and should have been debited on September 25, but this is not the case.

I deleted the paypal authorization to ainet corp, to try to recreate a new one, but I still get the same error message.
According to the error message and some research on the internet, it's a problem on your side.
What should I do to recover my 5Tb files?

I have access to the files, but less efficiently than with the paid plan, apparently.
