New user- can't log in

Hi-
Signed up for your free plan to test it out- got the verification email and returned, got the "Welcome to Blomp" email and obviously my chat login seems to work...
However, when I try to log in to Blomp Cloud I get this message: User with Email does not exist. Please register and try again.
What's up?

Hi!
Got the same problem... I registered last year...
Thinking the site must be working on this and gave it some time...

But now for more than a year, still can't login to Blomp.com

As you can see, my chat login got thru here...

If you haven't logged into Blomp for more than 30 days, your account will automatically close unless you are subscribed to one of our premium plans. Please provide us with the email address linked to your Blomp account that you cannot access, and we will check and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

In the future, if you have any issues, feel free to report it immediately and we will do our best to fix it asap.
