Blomp go not opening

Hi i use blomp go in my pc but today i am facing issue in opening blomp go. i have installed and reinstalled but nothing helped. i have attached the picture of the error code below

Maybe something running on the pc that blocks some connections? vpn? antivirus/firewall rules? Maybe isp routing issue? Or regional issue?
I can see that his pc cannot reach api.blomp.com
