missing files
I had trouble getting online most of the day, and when I finally got there, my files were all missing. I hope this is temporary.

I can't see my files, either. It says how many I have, how much space I've used, but there's nothing there.

Re: missing files no uploads
I've tried to upload several files over the last three days, none successfully. I get an acknowledgement that it uploaded, but the files doesn't show up. Getting to be frustrating. r

Okay, first, I would like to know whether or not the initial issue - Missing files - has been fixed. Our developer has fixed it, but would like your confirmation as well!
Second, VS5Du, please know that our developer has already read your issue and is working on fixing this. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, however, I will make sure your issue is resolved today so you can use our platform again.

Files are back as of Saturday, but the last two days I have not been able to upload files. I get confirmation, but they do not actually appear in my list.

It's also happening with my account. I'm trying to upload some files, I get confirmation message, but the files actually are not uploaded.
