facing issues downloading files

Hello,

I am trying to download a folder and I am unable to do so.
I tried download all but I did not get any email.

Could you please resolve this aspa

Hello,

In order to download a file or a folder, all you have to do is find the file you want to download and go to the far right side of your screen. You will find a blue download icon. Once you click on that, your download should start any second.

You shouldn't have any issues if you follow these steps. I just tried downloading a file from my account and everything worked out perfectly.

I have been trying the same for several times and It did not work.
I just tried it again
I want to download the whole folder

Hmmm... I just tried downloading it myself and it was still working.

This seems to be an isolated issue. I will let our programmers know that you are having a problem downloading your files. They will immediately take a look at it and solve it.

I can download a single file but when downloading a folder I am receiving a link to my Mail
When I click on the link to download. A folder is being downloaded without any files inside the folder

I just replied to your other post about this, but let me copy and paste my answer to you on this post as well, just in case.

how about you send me a screenshot or a screen recording of what you are seeing? You can contact us through private messages as well in case you want to keep everything private, no worries there.

I just tried downloading multiple folders with different sizes, and they all worked fine. Maybe this is an isolated issue. However, to know for sure, I need to see what you are seeing.
