cant download bigger files

I have some issue. When i was uploading my files everything was okey. I got the notification for succesfull upload. But now when i try to download bigger files download stuck at 99,9%. I have no problems with smaller files.

Hi, I logged into your account and tested a few downloads and they came through fine. Are you using the WebUI?

Yes i use webUi, i tried also with blompLive, but i cant start download any file with blompLive

The current version of BlompLive can be confusing. There is a download option which saves the file to your cache, and then a save option which actually saves the file somewhere you can name. We are working on that in a future version.

What error are you seeing when you try to use the WebUI?

Please try again. I don't think downloads are getting stuck.

i tried a lot of times it stuck on 99,9% and it shows 12 gb of 12 (for example)gb and download didnt finish...

Can you tell us what system you are running, what browser, etc.

windows 10, on chrome and edge tried to downlaod and same on same uploaded files..

We aren't seeing that when we test downloads from your account... so can you tell us what build of windows you are running (winver at the start menu) and what version of chrome or edge?
