As long as your active, the 20G is free without any time limits.

What is policy on deactivating accounts and email warning given? It says monthly logins required. There must be some grace period before data is deleted. Is there a cost to reactive?

Yes, of course.

We would normally provide at least 30 days notice (by email) of such a window expiring, though right now we've set the systems up to be more generous than that.

If we put a notice in the portal... well, by the time you saw it, you'd already be reactivated. :)

Your email is permanently tied to your account, so if you decide to change your email address, the current best solution is to open a new account and copy your data between them using one of our apps (you can be logged in simultaneously to more than one account using two copies of the app).

Hope that allays any concerns. We're trying to reasonable while at the same time not setting the systems up for abuse -- the underlying terms of service are really... don't spoil it for everyone else. :)
