Backend changes

We've made some changes to the backend of the Web interface for Blomp.
It should be more inline with best practices and things.... Some of these changes are to better handle bad actors who impersonate Blompers...
None of these changes should have any impact on BlompLive or BlompGo or 3rd party clients for logging in or transferring files. These changes touch the WebUI and the account access features.
If you notice any problems, please let us know. All the admin Blompers are watching very closely...
