No Idea

I truly have no idea where to post this, and I have looked trying to find some way to contact Blomp themselves. I purchased the 200gb space per month and I was charged, the charge went through but on the website even after refreshing it still says 20GB.

How do I get in contact with the people and/or get this settled?
