Can't intsall the Z drive

Just installed the new version of the software and can't install the Z drive.
Can you help me ?

Can you please provide more information regarding the issue with the Z-Drive?
Do you get any error messages? Please send us a screenshot of the problem, if possible.

It just say that the drive is installed but I can’t find it or reach it.
