Can't log in and saying not registered

Hi,

My team recently tried to log into Bloomp after returning from the holidays, as we received an email saying the account was suspended. We've had no other emails from Bloomp suggesting there was an issue or any reminders (checked the Junk folder too). Now we can't log in at all, as the site is saying our team address is not registered. How do we get our files back?

Hi support!

I have the same problem...
I got a mail without previous notification and since that moment I'm not able to login.

2. Could you please shoot us a DM with the email address associated with your Blomp account that's giving you trouble logging in? Any additional details or screenshots you can provide about the issue would be incredibly helpful.
