Files not able to download

:roll: :cry: :x I have some files saved on blomo but when I download them and they to open them it says "file not able to open" please help in cannot lose those videos

We have a question for you.

Is it just a specific file that you're unable to open when downloading it through Blomp, or have you attempted to download multiple files, experiencing the same error of being unable to open them?

Multiple files are unable to download I've tried many and I only download once at a time I noticed this happend once I renamed them

I'm having trouble downloading files and getting a "check internet connection" message. I cannot do more than one file download at a time, but even a single download will time out on me. Like your product and it's affordable, but I get lots of glitches.

No it's the same the file downloads but not as a video. It downloads as an apk when I tap on it it says "file not able to open"
