New user- can't log in

Hi-
Signed up for your free plan to test it out- got the verification email and returned, got the "Welcome to Blomp" email and obviously my chat login seems to work...
However, when I try to log in to Blomp Cloud I get this message: User with Email does not exist. Please register and try again.
What's up?
