I understand that I lost my data
You can close my ticket finally after trying to solve it for an year

Today I got a link to download my files
The data that I have in my drive is only 36 gb
and look at what is downloading in the attachments

Why is it showing that account does not have any files.

You took almost an year working on my issue and every time some or the other new issues arises.

I want you to find me an alternative to access my files.
