No upgrade after invited users

Hi!
My account sakurian120681@gmail.com has not been upgraded after invited user has joined Blomp.
Can you please check why?

Hello,

We have commonly seen people having this issue. The reason is simple and might be because of one of two things.
Either your friend didn't accept your invite yet - as in opened the link or didn't open a Blomp account yet.
Are you 100% sure they have confirmed and opened an account?

If yes, kindly provide their information. such as their username, and account info... (Feel free to send the information through a private message)
If not, I'm sure you will have your extra storage once they confirm and open an account.

I have the same problem, invited friend opened account, but the space in my account stays the same

Just as I informed sdali, I need you to confirm that you are 100% sure that your friend/friends have confirmed and opened an account.

If they have, kindly provide their information. such as their username, and account info... (Feel free to send the information through a private message)
If not, I'm sure you will have your extra storage once they confirm and open an account.

now thoose accounts verified, but space is still not added

I have the same issue.

Although I have 2 verified invites and its showing verified but still I didn't get any update

Given that you are having the same issue, I also need you to confirm that you are 100% sure that your friend/friends have confirmed and opened an account.

If you are 100% sure that they have, kindly provide their information. such as their username, and account info... (and again, feel free to send the information through a private message)

If you are not sure, It would be great if you asked your friends to be sure. Once they do, I'm sure you will have your extra storage once they confirm and open an account.
