cant see my files i uploaded

Hi I'm having a similar or the same issue I can't access my files when I click, on my files in my logged in page. Please help.... My email is mangadanielh@hotmail.,com that's what I used to log in but like I said.. Can't access my files at all right now every time I do it just shows me that it's loading with your circular loady thingy but never loads it. I can access everything else please help.

What's going on? For days I have been unable to get to my files. A red circle cycles for a long time, sometimes letting me finally get to them, but not always. It's been over the last 4 or 5 days.
