Hi Team,

I hope you can help me. I am trying to download my data by clicking the Download All button however I've waited the whole night but no download url was provided. Can you please help me? I need those files download. I downloaded the macos app however it always go crazy, the app will unexpectedly closed.

I am having the same issue - have had this problem for over a week. It will not generate a new download link and when I select r-send, I also get nothing.

This is really frustrating. I need to get my files. It is almost 30gb and I dont want to manually download them 1 by 1. Jizz

Thank you for addressing this. So this is what I did:

1. Check all files that I want to download
2. Click the Download Button
3. A pop out appeared saying it will send a link for the download.

Result :
1. It did not send me an email after 30mins.
2. I checked spam folder but still no email from you with the link

Can you please let me know if I missed anything.
