Hi Blomp Tech support,
I was uploading a file half way (about 10Gb) and got into a network connection issue.
When I closed the browser and logged in again, the storage said that 10Gb was consumed.
However, I cannot see the file.
I suspect it is STUCK in the upload cache somewhere, as I cannot see it to CLEAR / DELETE it?
Can you assist to delete / refresh / flush this cache for me?
This can also be part of your continuous improvement programme.
