could not download my pst file

I have successfully uploaded my files to your site, one of my file is size 27GB & had not problem to upload at all. However i could not download the file to my Mac Air, I have tried using different network & different computer & still could not down load the files.

Can you please help as I really need those files. If I can upload the file up to your site then surely i should be able to download it?

Hey there!

I see that the file is indeed in your storage at this time.

Are you uploading the files from one OS and trying to download it from a different OS?
IE: did you upload via windows and trying to download via MacOS?

It may not be visible using the client so you would have to log in on the website if this is the case. We're currently looking in to the situation more for you as well.

Hi, I used edge to upload and tried to download by different OS( edge, IE, MacOS) but all failed.
