404?

So, I just recently uploaded a single rar file with around 3.5 GB filesize by using the latest version of BlompLive [Version 0.9.13]. And when I tried to redownload it through the web client, the system gives me this error -

Guess I'll re-upload the file after deleting it from my list. Posting this just to let the staff know. Btw, even though BlompLive has the option to download, that feature doesn't seem to work for me. No popup, no error, clicking the download button simply does nothing...

Hello,

Did you happen to be uploading between the hours of 12AM and 12:30AM EST? We had a momentary issue with our load handling server and I'm wondering if this might be part of the issue.

Thanks,

Hmm, yeah, I think I uploaded it around that time. Thanks for the clarification.

If you are uploading with one of the apps, it wouldn't have been involved in the load balancer thing, but certainly the websites could be.

Yeah, I uploaded it through the desktop client, but when attempting to download it through the website without the client, the system gives me 404 error. Any idea when the load balancer problem will be fixed?

Are these persisting for you? We will have to look into it further. Thanks. I know we've provided you a workaround.

Maybe something broke after the recent update.

Yup, this was a totally-us thing. It should be happy. Thanks for helping us in our beta!

Best,

Well, now a new problem emerges. After selecting a file to upload via BlompLive, the filename and upload percentage no longer showing. It's like, selecting a file does nothing at all.

It works now, will try uploading again soon.

Update - tried to upload a couple of files with less than 1 GB size through BlompLive, and when I tried to download those, the system gives me 404 error. I've tried downloading through both the normal server and the workaround ''bng3.blomp.com'' server, same result sadly.
