Suggestions to Blomp

Post by blueaoi » Sun Mar 28, 2021 2:35 am

Hello, back then I created a thread about how downloads get stuck nearing the end of the process [99%], and while the staff have responded and fixed the error, I occasionally still have my downloads stuck at 99% progression. I think Blomp's load balancer is still needing more adjustment to properly handle the load across servers.

Also, may I ask regarding the difference between white and black icon a file has in the Blomp's desktop client?

Oh, and one more thing, Malwarebytes has flagged Blomp website as having a Trojan, and I guess it's just a false positive like usual, It would be nice if the staff could do something about it though.

Thanks and keep up the good work.

And, uhh, just realize that The Blomp desktop client store a lot of cache data in my HDD. It's safe to delete them after the upload is done right?

Hello,

Cache houses all of the files you have opened but have not saved in another directory.

Thanks,
