unable to upload and download zip files

I uploaded a 2.1 gb zip file but after finishing Blomp created a subfolder in my upload file and it was empty when I clicked. When I pushed download button, Blomp sent me an email containing a link for downloading but just another empty folder when I downloaded as that link.
Please help me, thanks you all.

Looking at your account, I see an 11.81gb file there. So I'm going to assume everything is actually working correctly for you.

My guess is that you uploaded your file, but didn't see the notifications in the top right corner of your browser letting you know the import/verification was still underway. For 2GB or 200GB... it takes whatever time it takes to make its way to our backends and synchronize.

You should have no issue downloading the 11.81G file directly, if you try to bulk download it.. that will generate another zip file and that will take some time too.
