We definitely haven't forgotten you!

This still seems like an ISP thing... are you able to reach dashboard.blomp.com again?

thanks,

I have access to the site again, I tried to upload the file again yesterday but every time I check the task manager it shows that the web browser did not use the network, until today, though the upload speed is very slow (about 1.5 Mb/s).

As of about 20 minutes ago, we migrated some systems away from a VMWare bug that we discovered. We think this may have been impacting some users. Perhaps your experience is part of that.

Thanks for your help!

It's still responding with the same "Server responded with 0 code" error.

What's the largest file you can upload without receiving this error?

thanks!

the biggest file I was able to upload was about 646 MB, the next I tried to upload (and failed) is about 2.5 GB.

Thank you. We are still trying to duplicate the issue you are seeing, and apparently everything else we thought was related... .isn't.

We are working on a plan to better capture what experience you are seeing so that we can deduce any issues.

Have you tried using any of our apps or just the WebUI?

thanks!

I only tried the web cloud storage, I didn't knew you have other apps.

We do! Windows, Mac, Linux and mobile too. You can download the desktop apps from the dashboard or the www.blomp.com site.

If the issue is really with our web interface, the apps won't be impacted by it. Would love to know whether your experience improves.

thanks!

Both the link and the online dashboard are not responding.
