Storage Capacity: 0 Byte

Post by yuvalyly » Wed Nov 04, 2020 2:06 pm

I just created a new account with the free 20 GB plan, and I tried to upload a 16 GB file that I wanted to download back from another computer, but I got the insufficient storage message. I also tried to upload a test file that is only 1 KB and I still got that message, then I saw at the dashboard that my storage capacity is 0 Byte. How can I fix this?

We will take a look at this and fix it for you. 16gb should be no issue at all.

Thanks!

We are adding some new hardware to our clusters. This error should have been short lived. Please let us know if that isn't the case!

It won't complete the upload, I'm waiting for a long time and I noticed it just stopped about a fifth of the way. I looked in the task manager and saw that my internet browser didn't use the network, but it didn't said that the upload failed.

I tried clearing the cookies and restarting the upload, this time it failed with the message: server responded with 0 code. I am using the google chrome web browser.

We've been able to successfully upload/download files from your account using Google Chrome.

Can you tell us what ISP you are using? At this point, we're going to guess its something like that.

Thanks,

The ISP I'm using is CCC (https://www.ccc.co.il/eng/index/).
