Higher performing uploads?

According to some optimizations from Cloudflare, we've adjusted some performance settings on our web interface. This should mean that your uploads in the WebUI (using HTTP/2) are faster than they would have been otherwise. Please let us know what you think!
Based on results, we'll be pushing this everywhere else -- our apps, our object store, and more!
